"This is just a follow up on the service and pictures you asked me for.
Chris I have never received such superior service right form the initial contact
to the delivery of the product. I felt confident when I first contacted you
over the phone inquiring about the product. As you were aware I made the order
seconds after our first conversation. Deep down inside I felt i was dealing with
a professional who cared about his customers. You had told me the product would
be delivered in three to four days and it was. Upon opening the product it was
pretty straight forward considering you did most of the hard work and looked
over the package. When I had encountered difficulty installing the kill switch
I contacted you and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. Now with the bike.
It is a fun new hobby that I have rediscovered from my childhood days. I have
had sports cars in the past but nothing turns peoples heads like this bike. I
get at least 5 people stopping me everyday wanting to know more about this
engine and where they can purchase it. I simply tell them to go to your website
or contact you directly. Chris all the best with your business. If you lived in
Toronto I'm sure you would have a lot of people contacting you regarding your
product. Especially if you set up a booth at some of the fairs here.

"On a different note when I was cleaning my bike I had encounter that the cdi Ignition was cracked and the pieces inside of it the spring and the other piece in the picture have fallen off. I have tried to mend them back together but have had no luck. What am I to do? Return the CDI to you for a replacement one or what???"
