Bicycle engine kit comparison pictures.

Since I have had so many people asking what the difference is between my bicycle engine kits and the cheap, inexpensive bicycle engine kits that can be found elsewhere I've decided to post up some pictures. I tried to get good measurements to show but they are not all that clear...I'll try again sometime when I have more time and hopefully daylight.

The larger head gasket, cylinder and head, stud, and cap are from my engines.
The smaller items in the pictures are from a very popular 80cc bicycle engine kit which can be found online and in Ebay...the "other" bicycle engine kits don't last too long, and are made from inferior components within the engine as well as the other components of the kit.
 
Take a look at a very obvious difference just in the spark plug wire.
As we all know, the better the spark, the better the performance you will have. That's why race engines use high quality wire and that's also why I use only high quality wire. Guess that I should also mention that my engines run on NGK spark plugs, and not the cheap plugs that the other kits have...you know, the ones that can only be purchased from your seller or in China, lol.

I took these pictures to show that I am honest in my descriptions, and that others are not. Also, because they are the most obvious things to see and they stand out so well.

47mm bore with a 40 mm stroke.

This is the industry's largest and is reffered to as an 80cc engine even though it is really only a 70cc in my books.

Here is my "80cc" set directly on top of a popular competitors "80".

Notice a little difference in size here, or is it only me?

The larger being from my 80 and the smaller is out of the competitors.

Here is the competitor's spark plug boot.

This is made of plastic, and requires you to remove the crown off of the spark plug. That alone prevents a lot of the current from getting to the plug. Mine allow you to keep your crown so your stock NGK plug gets more current and can give you performance like you've only dreamed of from your bicycle engine.

Here is a picture of my 7mm high performance ignition wire vs. the competition's 6mm low quality wire.

I should probably mention that mine is non-resistant, high quality copper (not a copper alloy) with a great protective shielding to make sure that the stock NGK plug gets all the power it deserves.

Here is another view of the spark plug wire.

I doubt if you can see it, but mine consists of more strands (19) and is definitly a lot thicker than the hair thin, 14 strand that belongs to the "other guy". Did I mention that my kits, run stock with NGK spark plugs, instead of those cheap plugs that can only be purchased from your seller or in China itself?
