Here’s what I personally do to each “CH” series engine before it leaves my shop…

change out bearings, rings (filed or swapped out as needed), gaskets, bolts and studs, chamfer the edges of the ports in the cylinder, clear out any cast flashing that may be in the cylinder or ports, re-jet the carbs, adjust the clutch tension, lube everything, measure in everything, and make sure everything is in proper working order.

This is the ideal engine for someone who is not so budget conscious and wants nothing but the best when it comes to a bicycle engine kit.

(very important to note that there is only one key per locking gas cap...if you think you might loose it, go in and have a spare key made...i don't have spares and can not make one)

(what others refer to as "high voltage", but I don't consider them good enough for the CH engines)
These are the ones that I have removed from the stock CDI's so the have already been screwed in place once, but have not actually been used.
